Payment

For purchases made on the www.midiaudio.com online store, you can pay using the most popular. electronic banking systems via the Paysera platform or PayPal. The following banks are supported: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor (formerly DNB/Nordea), Danske, Citadele, Artea (formerly Šiaulių Bankas), Medicinos bankas and others.

 

Shipping

Orders are delivered across Lithuania via the DPD courier services.

Shipping Time

Orders are usually shipped in 1-3 business days from the confirmation of payment.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees depend on the total weight of the order and are calculated individually for each order.

Free shipping is available across Lithuania (except Neringa), for orders over 30 €.

An additional 21€ (incl. VAT) delivery fee applies for shipments to Neringa.

 

Return Policy

Returns are processed in accordance with the civil code of the Republic of Lithuania (Articles 6.228¹⁰, 6.363, 6.362) and the law on the protection of consumer rights (new version effective as of January 1 of 2024).

You can return a product purchased via the online store within 14 calendar days of receiving it without providing a reason, if:

  • ·      it has not been used (except for the mount necessary for inspection);
  • ·      it is returned in the original packaging with all of the included accessories (manuals, documents, power or connection cables , etc.);
  • ·      the original packaging is not damaged;
  • ·      the product must be in good condition, with protective films, labels, or tags still in place;
  • ·      or in other cases defined by law.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product is properly packed and complete upon return. If the product does not meet the return conditions, the seller reserves the right to reject the return.

Return costs are covered by the buyer, except for the cases when the return is due to the seller's fault – such as when the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or does not match the order.

 

Warranty Policy

All products are covered by a 24-month legal warranty (in accordance with the civil code of the Republic of Lithuania articles 6.338 and 6.363). Additionally a manufacturer's commercial warranty may apply, with the duration specified by the manufacturer (indicated next to the specific product or the warranty document).

If a product's fault or defect emerges during the warranty period not due to the buyer's misuse, the product will be repaired, replaced or refunded (if repair or replacement is not possible) at no cost to the buyer. 

The warranty repair or replacement process may take up to 30 days.
