Its real-time gain control, utilizing proprietary OTA (Operational Transconductance Amplifier) ​​technology, responds smoothly and naturally to the dynamics of your playing, evening out volume differences between loud and soft notes while producing rich sustain and a full sound. The Bends V2 offers a simple and intuitive compression control system. It features a three-stage Attack switch, a finely adjustable Release control, and an Input control to set the compression trigger level. The center-click active Tone control allows you to cut or boost high frequencies to compensate for lost sparkle. The Blend control mixes in a clean sound, achieving an ideal balance between the original dynamics and compression. Furthermore, it includes a rear-mounted Vintage switch, a hidden gem of this pedal. When switched on, the circuit characteristics change, switching from clear and precise compression to a smooth, nuanced vintage-style compression with natural saturation. The Comp Pre/Post switch allows you to switch the connection order of the independent ultra-low noise boost circuit and compressor circuit.
